Reservation Process

At Java Jills Slots, we strive to provide a seamless and convenient reservation process for our guests. To reserve a room or suite at Atlantis - The Royal, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit our official website or contact our dedicated reservations team.
  2. Select your desired dates of stay and choose from our array of luxurious rooms and suites.
  3. Provide accurate personal information, including your full name, contact details, and any special requests.
  4. Review all reservation details, including the rates and specific Room & Suite Terms & Conditions.
  5. Proceed with the secure online payment or deposit to guarantee your reservation.
  6. Once the reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information.

Terms & Conditions

1. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, while check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

2. Room & Suite Amenities

All our rooms and suites at Atlantis - The Royal are elegantly appointed with luxurious amenities and state-of-the-art facilities. From plush bedding and high-speed internet to breathtaking views, every detail has been carefully curated to ensure a memorable stay for our guests.

3. Reservation Modifications or Cancellations

Should you wish to modify or cancel your reservation at Rooms & Suites of Atlantis - The Royal, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Modification: Any changes to your reservation, including the dates of stay or room types, must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation: For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.

4. Age Restrictions

To reserve a room or suite at Atlantis - The Royal, all guests must be at least 21 years old. Proper identification, such as a valid passport or driver's license, will be required upon check-in.

5. Non-Smoking Policy

Java Jills Slots is committed to providing a comfortable and healthy environment for all our guests. Therefore, all rooms, suites, and indoor areas within Atlantis - The Royal are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available outside the property.
